Trey Caples, Tier 3
FREE!
Join Trey Caples - school psychologist, community program developer, and accidental program evaluator - for a test drive of his organization's formative assessment dashboard in use across multiple schools and shelters in Mexico. This bottom-up, field-driven approach to evaluation starts with building highly interactive dashboards useful for daily program staff, then layering aggregate functionality for program leadership & development staff to answer "bigger" questions. The core of this approach uses traditional education/school psychology assessment that program staff find useful, then expanding this functionality - and the end user base - through data analysis and visualization tools. The end goal is a precise and timely tool that serves everyone at the same time, giving each team member what they need and when they need it, without feeling like they're having to do "something extra" to please external stakeholders.
