About the Facilitator:
Heidi Rishel Brakey holds a master’s in rehabilitation counseling and is the Senior Community and Qualitative Researcher in the University of New Mexico’s Clinical and Translational Sciences Center Community Engagement and Research Core and Integrating Special Populations team. She is an NVivo certified expert, specializes in qualitative and community-engaged research, and has 13 years of experience conducting mixed methods research on over 50 studies in numerous settings and health science disciplines including public health, family and community medicine, psychology, obstetrics and gynecology, palliative medicine, cancer, education, quality improvement, pediatrics, and nursing.
