Dr. Emord of Collaborative Solutions Consulting brings over 20 years’ experience in program evaluation with organizations and collaborative initiatives from the nonprofit, government, academic and private sectors. Her practice stresses organizational learning and capacity building, and provides customized services to meet the needs of each organization. She employs innovative evaluation approaches that include assets based, real-time, developmental evaluation, and reflective practice. Dr. Emord has taught program evaluation to both undergraduate and graduate level students, as well as presented a number of evaluation related workshops throughout the community.
