About me
I am a passionate program evaluator focused on facilitating community-led work that builds capacity and resilience. Research skills include conducting program evaluations, policy research, and analysis with expertise in qualitative methods. Deeply motivated by work anchored in equity and thrives in environments rooted in relationships, learning, and growth. In 2021, I moved from Portland, Oregon to Nambe. I continued working with a nonprofit in Oregon until my daughter was born in April of 2022. I am beginning to look for work again after spending the first year adjusting to my new job as mother.
