About me
I'm a Local Level Evaluator based in Albuquerque, NM. I am originally from California. I have over 25 years of experience conducting evaluations that improve public health and behavioral health. I have worked with Tribal, City, County, State, and Federal entities on prevention and public health. I have planned and conducted local, national, and international evaluations both large and small. I also provide technical assistance and capacity building in areas including evaluation plan development, strategic prevention framework, logic modeling, scope of work development, program development, evaluation design and implementation, and data visualization. I focus on a mixed-methods approach as I believe that combining quantitative and qualitative methodologies when designing evaluations leads to a comprehensive well-rounded evaluations. I am known for building local evaluation capacity and establishing a data-driven approach that leads to improved service delivery and outcomes. I am also a grant writer with a focus on prevention, social services, public health, and behavioral health.
