About me
I am a Training & Development Consultant with the Office of Continuous Professional Learning at UNM's School of Medicine and I teach Statistical Literacy. I have a PhD in Organizational Learning and Learning Sciences. In a previous career in Quality Engineering and Management , I designed, implemented, and evaluated management systems in the private sector according to international standards such as ISO 9000. My evaluation skills include ROI Institute methodology, Results Based Accountability, Kirkpatrick's 4 Levels, and Brinkerhoff's Success Case Method.
